Our toilets, including disabled toilet and baby changing facilities, are located on the Lower Mall (opposite No. 1 Currency) and on the Upper Mall (between American Fruity and SpudULike by James Martin). 

Our disabled toilets can be found in the following locations:

• First Floor, Food Court – two disabled toilets (no radar key required) which are both fitted with handrails.
• First Floor, Food Court – a Changing Places care room is also available which is fitted with a hospital bed and hoist, as well as toilet facilities with handrails.
• Lower Ground Floor – two disabled toilets (no radar key required) which are both fitted with handrails.​​​
• 24-hour walkway – one disabled toilet (radar key required for access) which is fitted with handrails.

All our disabled facilities have signs to highlight that not all disabilities are visible.

Our First Floor toilets are open from 08:30 – 18:30 Monday to Friday (including Bank Holiday Mondays), 08:30 – 20:00 Thursday and 09:00 – 17:00 on Sunday.

Our Lower Mall toilets are open from 08:00 – 19:00 Monday to Friday (including Bank Holiday Mondays), 08:00 – 20:30 Thursday and 09:30 – 17:30 on Sunday.
