Toilets

Our toilets, including disabled toilet and baby changing facilities, are located on the Lower Mall (opposite No. 1 Currency) and on the First Floor.

Our disabled toilets can be found in the following locations:

First Floor – two disabled toilets (no radar key required) which are both fitted with handrails.
First Floor – a Changing Places room is also available which is fitted with:

• Changing bench – adult sized and height adjustable
• Hoist – ceiling hoist design to be used with loop attachment slings.
• Toilet – the toilet has room either side for carers to support
• Sink
• Chair
• Handrails

Lower Ground Floor – two disabled toilets (no radar key required) which are both fitted with handrails.​​​
24-hour walkway – one disabled toilet (no radar key required) which is fitted with handrails.
All our disabled facilities have signs to highlight that not all disabilities are visible.

Our First Floor toilets are open from

08:30 – 18:30 Monday to Friday (including Bank Holiday Mondays),

08:30 – 20:00 Thursday and 09:00 – 17:30 on Sunday.

Our Lower Mall toilets are open from

08:00 – 19:00 Monday to Friday (including Bank Holiday Mondays),

08:00 – 20:30 Thursday and 09:30 – 18:00 on Sunday
