M&S has revealed the launch of a new own‑brand wellness range – &Sleep – developed to help women feel rested and rejuvenated using simple, effective products that genuinely deliver results. The launch comes as sleep continues to emerge as the number-one wellness priority for women in the UK, where time pressures, stress, money concerns and family responsibilities often get in the way of getting good rest.

Created in response to a survey carried out with 1,000 women across the UK. (*June 2025 Bounce Wellness Insights study), the findings reveal a nation of women craving deeper rest, effective skincare and simple products that genuinely deliver – especially at the end of the day.

According to the research, 53% of women cite better sleep as their number‑one wellness priority, far surpassing other health and self‑care goals. The biggest barrier to rest? A “busy brain”. Over half of respondents say overthinking keeps them awake at night, with stress and anxiety also major contributors, while women aged 35–44 reported the highest levels of sleep‑disrupting stress.

When women do find space for self-care, the moment they need it most is just before bed, with many looking to invest in a calming evening routine to support better sleep. In response to these findings, M&S is debuting its enhanced &Sleep range—crafted to help customers build a restorative bedtime ritual and secure a more restful night.
