We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Driver to join us on site at Drake Circus Shopping Centre. You will need to hold a valid UK driving license in order to operate and drive cleaning equipment around our estate. Such tasks include operating scrubber driers, pressure washing and deep cleaning entrances to the site. The main purpose of this role is to support and assist the team in ensuring that the site is maintained to the agreed KPI standards with a strong eye for detail. Key Responsibilities:

· To ensure that the expected standards of cleanliness are maintained in corridors, lift landings, and all other public walkways always including all fire escapes and staff areas

· To ensure that the site is to a fit to trade standard before opening and all reactive tasks are completed in a timely fashion

· Carry out pre-user checks and end of day tasks on cleaning machines such as the Hako

· Use scrubber driers, pressure washers and Hako to deep clean the centre

· To be trained in the statutory Fire, Health, and Safety training and to be fully conversant with and abide by all rules concerning Fire, Health, and Safety.

· Act as a card holder with tasks in the event of an evacuation of the site
