What safety measures are in place in response to the coronavirus outbreak?

The wellbeing of our colleagues and customers is our number one priority, and so we’ve introduced extra measures to help everyone have a safe and enjoyable visit.

Please remember to wear a face covering while visiting, as this is mandatory in enclosed public spaces from 24th July.

Do I have to wear a face mask when visiting?

Yes, it is a legal requirement to wear a face covering in our centre.

The police can take measures if members of the public do not comply with this law without a valid exemption, and you may be asked to leave.

Our team are of course mindful and respectful of those that are exempt from wearing a face covering.

Visitors are also not required to wear a face covering while sitting down to eat and drink in any of our pubs and restaurants.

Are there any changes to car parking?

To help us maintain social distancing, there is currently a one-way system in place in our car park for pedestrians.

The car park stairwell within the mall is temporarily to be used to go down only.

When shoppers are leaving the centre, they should pay for parking at the First Floor (Food Court) pay machines or those located in the car park on this level.

Shoppers can then exit the centre via the First Floor car park and follow signage to the Marks & Spencer stairwell. From here, shoppers can access car park levels 2-5 via the stairs or lift, which are both ‘up’ only.

New signage is in place to help everyone to follow this guidance.

We ask that customers please give lift priority to those most in need.

Where are the toilets in Drake Circus? Are there disabled toilets in Drake Circus? Where are the disabled toilets in Drake Circus?
